Sampoorna Foundation was created to fill the gap between by-heart learning at schools, gullible parents, and professional requirements. It provides quality education to all groups, especially those deprived due to poverty, lack of guidance, and various other reasons. The primary aim is to reduce inequality between students from different social sections, which exists for multiple reasons.
The inspiration and idea came from founder V P D’sa’s {Ex-Project Manager, Iconic Midfield International Airport Complex Project, Abu-Dhabi, UAE} encounter with scores of Indian candidates searching for jobs in Dubai-UAE and losing high-paying jobs for silly reasons during interviews. The experience eventually produced the Kannada movie Examination Fear- “Illa Sallada Bhaya Parikshe Bhaya” and a feature film explaining an in-depth analysis of the interviewing process, “May I Come In Sir?”
Dear students and parents, please understand that the high unemployment rate, paltry salaries, and frequent unexplained terminations all stem from one reason: the utter lack of creative teaching and inquisitive learning at school. Don’t be shocked when IT and other companies frequently terminate hundreds of trainees. Almost all the victims are those who fail to understand the vacuum or act on it.
The knowledge you learn here is purposely hidden for commercial gains, but you must understand and know it to succeed academically, professionally, and socially.
To deliver this idea we produced
“Illa Sallada Bhaya Parikshe Bhaya” is a Kannada cinema that addresses the 20 stages of examination fear and offers solutions. These solutions include analytical, educational, study techniques, psychological, and practical approaches. The sole purpose of this film is to eradicate exam fear, which causes 2 deaths every hour in India and rises 5% every year. The movie is produced after meeting scores of students in India and abroad, including the student suicide capital city of India, Kota in Rajasthan.
We produced a Kannada feature film on interviews, “May I come in, sir?” which addresses an in-depth analysis of the interview process.
This feature film is a must-watch event for every college student and all those appearing for competitive and general interviews. Every student starting class 10th should watch this feature film to streamline their education.
